IN-HOUSE BINDING FACILITIES: We have two in-house on line facilities that can write accounts with manual premiums between $20,000 and $150,000. The x- mod must be under 150%. This is for California domiciled insureds only, but we have the ability to include up to 8 states. Both Carriers are “A” rated.

LARGE ACCOUNTS: Deductible proposals are available for premiums over $350,000. We also have the capability of offering multi-state, multi-line large risk deductible proposals, subject to acceptable two-year financials and risk control inspections.

DEBIT MOD BUSINESS: Our markets are generally competitive on accounts with debit x-mods. They are not competitive on very low mod risks.

PREFERRED CLASSES: We specialize in tough-to-place risks AS WELL AS standard class codes. The exceptions are: PEOs, staffing services, roofers and long-haul truckers (over 500 miles).

WHAT IS GOING IN THE MARKET PLACE: The marketplace is competitive but we still have a high retention ratio. The reason is because we write so much Workers Compensation business that we are in the market at all times and as a result have superior market intelligence that allows us to match markets with risks better than most anyone else. The result is more orders for you the retail broker.
