         General Liability is first dollar – no deductible.

 BROAD PROGRAM TERRITORY!
         Will write coverage for contractors in all states except those
              based in Alabama, Louisiana or lower New York State.

  BROAD ARRAY OF CONTRACTOR CLASSES ELIGIBLE!
         Our program is open to many classes of contractors and can write
              up to 10% residential exposure, with NO RESIDENTIAL EXCLUSION.

              Eligible classes include:
         Sewer and water. Hook-ups in tracts are acceptable.
         Street & Road
         Masonry/Concrete
         Electrical
         Plumbing
         Grading/Excavation
         HVAC
         And just about any other class except for the following:

             Not eligible for this program are:
         General Contractors
         Residential Contractors (single family/ town homes / condos);
         Roofers;
         Demolition Contractors
         Asbestos Contractors;
         Iron/ Steel/Crane classes;
         Construction Suppliers (Redi Mix; Dirt, Sand & Gravel Hauler; Truckmen;
              Material Suppliers/Wholesalers, Concrete Pumpers, Tree Trimmers etc).
         Rebar Contractors

  To achieve the most competitive quotation, please include ALL
              the following:
         Acord forms by line of business.
         Five years of exposure history, by line.
         Five years loss experience, valued within 90 days of proposed effective date.
         Narrative on any loss $25,000 or greater and what Insured has implemented
              to prevent re-occurrence.
         Worker Compensation Experience Modification worksheet for the
              proposed renewal term.
         Generic Contractors Questionnaire
         Generic Workers Compensation Questionnaire
         Latest Financials or D&B report.
         Copy of Safety Program in place (summary will suffice).
         Work in Progress List.
         Largest Completed Jobs last 5 years.
         Any other additional information that can assist in securing a very
              competitive proposal (i.e. website address; brochures etc.)
         The most complete submission will help us secure the best possible
              terms for you.
