New Residential Contractors Market Including Wrap-ups

LOS ANGELES, CA - Lemac & Associates is pleased to announce a new A-VIII non-admitted market for contractors ranging from wrap-ups for single family and multi-family projects to residential generals (can do project specific) and artisans to EIFS contractors to most classes of commercial contractors. Eligible accounts must have an effective date of 1/1/06 or after. Minimum premiums and brief details are as follows:

Wrap-Ups

Limits up to 1/2/2
Includes 10 years Completed Operations
Minimum premium - $200,000
Minimum deductible - $25,000
Tracts up to 100 homes
Condominium/Townhomes up to 32 units per project

Residential General Contractors

Minimum premium - $100,000
Minimum deductible -$5,000

Residential Artisan Contractors

Minimum premium - $100,000
Minimum deductible - $5,000
