How to do business with us:

If you are an existing Lemac producer, then all you need to do is submit an application. If you are new to Lemac & Associates, then be sure to include a signed Producers Agreement (from our Applications page), copy of your license, and the declaration page from your E & O policy evidencing at least $1,000,000 in limits with your submission.
